*The studio is under surveillance at all times. If any of these rules/policies are broken, you will be charged a $100 minimum fee.*

• The main doors MUST remain locked at all times. This is very important for everyone’s safety. Do not give your clients or anyone else the code. Please meet your clients at the door to ensure the door is being locked properly each time.

• Do not allow your clients to hang out in any areas you did not rent. If you are hosting minis, clients must wait for you outside or they are welcome to shop around Screws & Sparkles if it is during their business hours. Please be mindful that they are still an operating business and not a lobby. 

• Your time slot STARTS at the time you booked and ENDS at the time slot end time. You must be completely cleaned up, all furniture back in its place and ready to exit right at your end time.

• Be respectful of the next renter’s time. 

• Do not go past your allotted time frame.

• Do not allow your clients to run, yell, or scream.

• No food or drinks allowed in studio without prior approval

• Do not hang anything on the walls

• No open flames, body glitter, body oil, candles, confetti, smoke bombs, or any other outside prop that could cause damage to the studio. If you aren’t sure, please ask us prior to your time slot.

• No marijuana usage in the space whatsoever.

• You are responsible to pay for any damage incurred to the studio as a result of a pet. This will include an automatic $100 fee + any additional repairs that may be required.

• You are responsible for you and your client’s safety. Keep in mind that the windows are not tinted, so be aware of how your clients may present themselves.

• Absolutely no boudoir or nude sessions allowed. If you have a project in mind that may or may not fall into these categories, please ask us prior to your time slot.

• Clean up after yourself and your clients before you leave. Put everything back how you found it. Take all trash with you. An additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the studio is not left in the original state it was in.

• Keep noise levels to a minimum and be respectful to the businesses surrounding the studio. Keep music volumes down. 

• If you enter a space and it is left messy, something is broken or damaged, please let us know immediately at the studio phone number

• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items from your car or in the studio. Please be sure to lock your vehicle and remove any valuable items from your car during your session.

• We are not liable for any personal injuries or illnesses that occur during your time at West Streets Studio. Please ensure you have business insurance for yourself to protect you and your clients.

• Do not remove any items from the studio.
